Survivor Stories

No two people experience cancer in exactly the same way. Nevertheless, common themes emerge in conversations with cancer survivors, and these shared experiences form the basis for support, encouragement, empathy, and even humor.

Here, women and men who are living with cancer or have completed treatment and are cancer-free share their stories of survival, from initial diagnosis and treatment to recovery and the ways that cancer has transformed their lives.
