Our experienced financial counselors are available on-site from 7:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Monday through Friday. We can answer any questions you may have regarding prior authorizations for radiology scans, chemotherapy, and other services. Prior insurance approval must be received before any testing or services are rendered. All payments are due at time of service including, but not limited to copayments, coinsurance, deductibles, out-of-pocket costs, and payment for services not covered by insurance.
